Delegate Moffatt moved to amend the bill on page six, section five, line one hundred four, by inserting a new paragraph to read as follows:

            “The state board shall not implement the “Next Generation Content Standards and Objectives for Science in West Virginia Schools” that are to become effective July 1, 2016, and leave in place current science standards.”.
